Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Team Lead to oversee a dynamic team comprising Business Analysts, Business Intelligence Analysts, and Graphic Designers while also managing independent projects. The ideal candidate will ensure team effectiveness, deliver high-quality results, and drive strategic initiatives that align with organizational objectives.
Key Role & Responsibilities:
Team Management:
- Supervise and mentor team , including Business Analysts, Business Intelligence Analysts, and Graphic Designers.
- Assign tasks and projects while ensuring alignment with client and organizational priorities.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment to achieve team and individual goals.
Project Management:
- Lead independent projects, from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality output.
- Develop and implement project strategies that align with client requirements and organizational objectives.
- Manage resource allocation and ensure efficient use of team capabilities.
Operational Oversight:
- Review and approve deliverables, including dashboards, business insights, reports, visual assets, and presentations.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to understand requirements, resolve challenges, and ensure satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement and implement scalable solutions.
Data and Insights:
- Provide strategic guidance on data analytics, visual storytelling, and business intelligence to drive impactful outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with Business Analysts and Business Intelligence Analysts to ensure actionable insights are delivered.
Creative Support:
- Oversee the design team's creative output, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and alignment with client goals.
- Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to encourage innovation and creativity.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Data Analytics, Graphic Design, or related fields. Master's degree preferred.
- Experience:
- 5+ years in a similar role with experience in team management and project execution.
- Strong background in business analytics, business intelligence, and/or creative design.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and MS Office Suite.
- Soft Skills:
- Exceptional leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a technology or B2B sales environment.
- Proven success in leading multidisciplinary teams.
