Job Title: HR Sales Partnership SpecialistThis is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to partner with Human Resources leaders and teams to drive business growth through strategic staffing solutions. As an HR Sales Partnership Specialist, you will play a key role in facilitating introductions between clients and our sales team, enabling first-level communication and driving successful closures.About the Role:In this role, you will be responsible for referring companies with contracting requirements, facilitating introductions or forwarding requirements to our team, and earning high commissions on every successful closure. You will work closely with HR leaders and TA teams to share staffing solutions and enable seamless communication between clients and our sales team.Key Responsibilities:Refer contract hiring requirements or introduce potential clients to our sales team.Foster strong relationships with HR leaders and TA teams to share staffing solutions and drive business growth.Enable first-level communication between clients and our sales team to facilitate successful closures.Requirements:To succeed in this role, you will need experience in HR, recruitment, staffing, RPO, or consulting, as well as a proven track record of working with HR Heads, TA Managers, Founders, or Staffing Leads.
