Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled HR Operations Specialist to join our Human Resources department. This role is responsible for supporting and executing key HR operational activities, ensuring accurate data management, and providing efficient support to employees across the organization.Maintain employee leave and attendance records.Process attendance regularization requests and ensure timely updates.Support the increment, promotion, and performance appraisal process.Manage data related to performance evaluations, increments, and promotions.Handle contract-to-permanent employee conversion processes.Verify employee expense invoices and coordinate with finance for processing.Maintain employee records, databases, and prepare HR reports and MIS.Collect, validate, and process overtime data and coordinate with the payroll team.Prepare and update the yearly holiday calendar.Oversee the probation-to-confirmation process.Support the annual bonus release process with accurate data management.Address and resolve general employee queries related to HR operations.This position requires:Key QualificationsA Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.A strong understanding of HR operations, processes, and statutory requirements.Fluency in English.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.A strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data handling.The ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple tasks efficiently.As an HR Operations Specialist, you will be offered:BenefitsCompetitive salary structure with regular appraisals.Reimbursement and support for official travel within the region.Clear career path with opportunities for advancement and skill development.Supportive work culture that values employee well-being and flexibility.
