Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding

• Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent.

• Develop strategies to attract and retain high-quality candidates.

• Design and execute comprehensive onboarding programs to integrate new hires seamlessly into the organization.


Employee Relations

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, conflict resolution, and fostering positive workplace relationships.

• Promote a culture of open communication and mutual respect across all levels of the organization.

• Handle sensitive employee matters with confidentiality and professionalism.


Performance Management

• Implement and oversee performance appraisal systems to ensure consistent employee evaluations.

• Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement plans.

• Identify and address gaps in employee performance through targeted interventions.


Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation Management

• Oversee the administration of payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits packages aligned with industry standards.

• Regularly review and update benefits to maintain employee satisfaction and market competitiveness.


Policy Development and Compliance

• Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with legal and organizational requirements.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

• Conduct regular audits of HR practices to mitigate risks and ensure best practices.


Training and Development

• Identify skill gaps and organize training programs tailored to employee and organizational needs.

• Develop leadership development programs for high-potential employees.

• Monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives and refine them as needed.


Qualifications:

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).


Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR management or a similar role.


Technical Skills

• Proficiency in payroll systems.

• Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance standards, and HR best practices.
