You'll experiment fast, learn fast, and turn insights into compounding growth.What You'll DriveContent marketing (blogs, case studies, landing pages, playbooks)SEO, AEO, GEO to scale organic growthEvent marketing across startup, VC, accelerator and cybersecurity ecosystemsCommunity & social growth (Reddit, Slack/Discord, VC platforms, , etc.)Growth experiments across channels to reduce CAC and increase sign-upsAnalytics, attribution, and funnel reportingWho We're Looking For3–6 years in B2B SaaS / cybersecurity / DevOps growth marketing (US preferred)Proven track record of scaling inbound pipeline and organic demandHands-on operator who can write, experiment, analyze, and execute fastStrong understanding of startup + VC ecosystem audiencesWhy OstoMarket-differentiated cybersecurity product for the fastest-scaling startupsWork directly with founders; shape GTM engine from day zeroHigh ownership, fast iterations, and direct impact on revenue growthAccelerated leadership path as marketing scales
