We’re looking for a Senior Growth Leader, who who have done it at 10x scale, and who can build and scale a predictable, high-velocity growth engine across acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of product, marketing, data, and GTM , and enjoys owning ambitious growth targets end-to-end. If you are one - let's talk. What You'll Get • Lead and mentor a team of high-functioning growth managers who take pride in scaling fast • A key role in defining the products and solutions of Bachatt with massive user engagement • A life changing opportunity to make enough to not work again :) What You’ll Own • Build and own the full-funnel growth strategy — acquisition → activation → engagement → retention → monetization • Lead high-impact growth initiatives across paid marketing, performance optimization, lifecycle automation, referrals, content, SEO, and partnerships • Drive user insights through deep data analysis; identify bottlenecks and unlock scalable growth loops • Own growth metrics: CAC, retention, LTV, payback, activation rates, churn, MAUs/DAUs • Scale and optimize paid channels (Meta, Google, YouTube, UAC) with a sharp eye on ROI • Identify and launch new channels, GTM motions, influencers, and distribution partnerships What We’re Looking For • 6–8 years of experience in growth, marketing, performance, or product growth roles • Deep understanding of consumer funnels, user behavior, conversion optimization, and retention loops • Hands-on experience with performance marketing , A/B testing , analytics , CRM , and lifecycle journeys • Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Appsflyer, Looker, or similar) • Creative and ability to think like the customer, to commission high engagement Ads • Bonus: experience in fintech, consumer apps, or high-scale startups
