Simplify's strength lies in the ease of use and overall user experience which separates us from our competitors.Our company culture is innovative, creative and entrepreneurial, we are looking for an employee who will complement us by being independent, self-directed, creative, and be able to think outside the box.We are expanding rapidly across India, EMEA, and APAC and are seeking a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive (AE) to drive large enterprise growth through consultative, solution-led selling.Position OverviewThe Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for driving new enterprise client acquisition and expanding SimplifyVMS’s presence across India, EMEA, and Asia-Pacific markets. This is a high-impact, consultative sales role requiring a blend of strategic relationship-building, business acumen, and deal-closing capability.The ideal candidate is an A+ deal maker with deep experience in enterprise software / SaaS sales, exceptional customer engagement skills, and a proven track record of selling complex technology solutions to large organizations.Key Responsibilities1. Enterprise Sales & Business DevelopmentOwn and drive the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to deal closure for enterprise clients across India, EMEA, and APAC.Build a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, market research, and network expansion.Identify, qualify, and pursue new opportunities within Fortune 1000 and Global 2000 companies.Lead discovery discussions to deeply understand client challenges, objectives, and desired business outcomes.Develop and present tailored SimplifyVMS solutions aligned with client business needs and goals.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms to close high-value deals.2. Consultative Solution SellingAct as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients by providing insights into contingent workforce trends, procurement strategies, and technology solutions.Map client requirements to SimplifyVMS capabilities, demonstrating how our platform can deliver measurable value.Conduct live product demos, solution walkthroughs, and workshops showcasing platform differentiators.Collaborate with solution engineers and product teams to design optimal client solutions.3. Client Engagement & Relationship ManagementBuild long-term, strategic relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders (Procurement, HR, IT, and Finance).Ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales cycle, coordinating with implementation and customer success teams.Serve as the voice of the customer to internal teams, providing feedback for product enhancements and market needs.4. Market Development & StrategyDrive SimplifyVMS market presence across multiple geographies through targeted enterprise sales strategies.Stay current on VMS, MSP, HR Tech, and procurement technology trends, competitors, and market shifts.Contribute to regional go-to-market strategies and sales campaigns.Required Skills & QualificationsExperience8–12 years of experience in enterprise software / SaaS sales, with at least 5 years in HR Tech, VMS, MSP, or workforce management solutions.Proven track record of winning large, complex deals (mid to high six-figure or multi-million dollar contracts).Demonstrated experience selling into Procurement, HR, IT, or Finance functions within large enterprises.Strong exposure to global markets — particularly India, EMEA, and Asia-Pacific regions.Solid understanding of the contingent workforce ecosystem, vendor management, and services procurement.Sales SkillsExceptional consultative and strategic selling abilities.Strong negotiation and deal-structuring skills — able to close complex enterprise deals with multiple stakeholders.Ability to deliver compelling product demos and executive presentations.Consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.Technical & Domain ExpertiseFamiliarity with VMS platforms, MSP models, HRIS, ERP integrations (Workday, SAP, Oracle, Coupa, etc.).Understanding of SaaS business models, pricing structures, and cloud-based solution selling.Ability to collaborate with solution engineers and implementation teams to design feasible client solutions.Soft SkillsExceptional communication, presentation, and executive engagement abilities.High emotional intelligence and customer empathy.Self-starter with strong ownership, resilience, and drive to succeed in fast-paced environments.Ability to work across multiple regions, time zones, and cultures.EducationBachelor’s degree in business, Technology, or related field required.MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.Why Join SimplifyVMSOpportunity to lead enterprise growth across fast-expanding global markets (India, EMEA, APAC).Sell an innovative, next-gen SaaS platform redefining contingent workforce management.Collaborate with visionary leadership and world-class product teams.Competitive compensation with uncapped incentives and global exposure.
