We're looking for a Product Manager Senior to join our ever-evolving FX Product Team and help us unleash the potential of every business.What you'll own as – Product Manager SeniorOwn the end-to-end product lifecycle for FX DCC offerings, from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.Define and maintain the product roadmap, aligning with business goals, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, operations, and commercial teams to deliver scalable and compliant DCC solutions.Manage the product backlog, write or review detailed user stories, and prioritize features based on impact and feasibility.Analyze transaction data, customer feedback, and market trends to drive product enhancements and innovation.Ensure compliance with card scheme rules (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) and local FX regulations.Partner with FX rate providers and treasury teams to optimize rate sourcing, margin strategies, and real-time conversion accuracy.Serve as the subject matter expert for DCC across internal and external stakeholders.What you bringRequired Qualifications:MBA/ Master's From Top & Reputed Institutions.12 + years of experience in product management or management consultancyExperience working in a multinational organisation, preferably within fintech, payments, banking or management consultancyProven experience working with payment gateways, POS systems, e-commerce platforms, or acquiring banks.Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, and product analytics platforms.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with card scheme compliance and DCC-specific mandates.Understanding of FX markets, DCC mechanics, and cross-border payment ecosystems.Experience with FX rate engines, treasury systems, and pricing/margin optimization tools.About the teamOur Product and Technology teams are the Worldpayers behind the game-changing products and digital experiences we're best known for.
