We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to come in and take Avoma to the next level. At Avoma, we are building a new kind of productivity solution, so this person should be someone who is curious and loves the challenge of solving complex problems with a delightful solution that improve people's lives on an everyday basis.

We expect you to be a reliable professional, able to balance the needs of the product roadmap and the needs of the customers. Your overarching goal is to ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone using Avoma.

As a rapidly expanding business, there is a high degree of opportunity for progression, creativity, and ownership.In the last 12 months, we have seen growth across all metrics, and we are looking for a strong Senior Product Manager to build on top of that.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision

  • Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products

  • Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps

  • Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule

  • Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision

  • Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience as Product Manager or similar role

  • Deep understanding of the SaaS ecosystem

  • Experience in product lifecycle management

  • Background in software development and program management is preferred

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Problem-solving aptitude

  • Creative thinking skills
