As a Content Marketing Manager, you’ll play a critical role in shaping how we communicate our value proposition and engage with our audience.


Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Content Marketing Manager to develop and execute a content strategy that drives brand awareness, engages our target audience, and supports lead generation efforts. This role involves creating high-quality, data-driven content tailored for startups, investors, and wealth managers, ensuring consistency across all channels.


Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement a content marketing strategy aligned with Nucleo’s business goals.
  • Conduct audience research to create content that resonates with key personas (startups & investors).
  • Maintain a content calendar for blog posts, social media, whitepapers, case studies, email campaigns, and sales, marketing pitches.


Content Creation & Execution

  • Write, edit, and optimize compelling content, including blog articles, product guides, newsletters, and video scripts.
  • Collaborate with designers, product teams, and external freelancers to produce high-quality visuals, infographics, and videos.
  • Ensure content aligns with SEO best practices to maximize visibility and engagement.


Performance Measurement & Optimization

  • Track, analyze, and report on content performance using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot.
  • Use insights to refine the content strategy, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for repurposing existing content to maximize reach and impact.


Brand Voice & Thought Leadership

  • Ensure all content reflects Nucleo’s brand voice, values, and positioning in the private market investment space.
  • Develop thought leadership pieces (e.g., whitepapers, guest articles) to establish Nucleo as a trusted authority.


Collaboration & Teamwork

  • Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to align content with campaigns and product launches.
  • Manage relationships with content partners, influencers, and agencies as needed.


Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven experience in content marketing, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or startups.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with an eye for detail.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
