Product Costing SpecialistWe are seeking a Product Costing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the commercial operations team, you will play a crucial role in driving product pricing and cost optimization across our operations.Key Responsibilities:Work with cross-functional teams to define and refine product costsDevelop and implement cost optimization programs across supply chain and operations functionsSupport customer discussions on pricing and product cost reportsAnalyze various business scenarios to inform strategic decisionsContribute to new business proposals, RFQs, and commercial pitch decksRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, or Electronics EngineeringMBA from a top-tier institute (IIM, NITIE, SJMSOM, or equivalent) preferablyMinimum 2+ years post-MBA experience in Strategy / Consulting / FMCG / FMCD / EMSMinimum 2–3 years pre-MBA in Engineering or SCM roles preferablyStrong proficiency in Excel, product costing, and business case analysisExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbout You:You are a strategic thinker with a passion for data-driven decision making.
