They collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and business teams to identify opportunities, design experiments, and influence key business decisions.Key Responsibilities:Lead a data-driven culture by empowering business teams to make informed, evidence-based decisions.Translate business questions into structured analyses, ensuring that every strategic or operational choice is backed by quantitative insights.Partner with leadership to design metrics and success criteria for key initiatives, ensuring clear alignment between business goals and measurable outcomes.Communicate the impact of data-led interventions using storytelling and visualization to drive executive alignment and action.Senior Business Insights Analysts will also work with product managers and engineers to design and analyze A/B tests, develop dashboards and reporting, and provide data-driven recommendations to shape product roadmaps and customer journey designs.
