Business Analyst RoleYou will play a pivotal role in identifying and analyzing business requirements to inform the development of GIS solutions. This involves working closely with stakeholders to comprehend their needs, pain points, and expectations, and translating these into clearly defined GIS-based specifications.To fulfill this role, you will conduct stakeholder workshops and interviews to gather insights and requirements for GIS solutions, documenting functional and non-functional specifications in requirement documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Additionally, you will liaise between technical teams and business users to ensure clarity and alignment between business and GIS teams.Your responsibilities will also include designing GIS workflows and business processes, assisting in GIS solution design, supporting GIS data analysis and reporting, performing user acceptance testing, and monitoring project progress and ensuring deliverables.
