Job Summary:This role is pivotal in developing and executing data-driven strategies, leveraging insights to drive informed decision-making, and ensuring data integrity and accuracy.The ideal candidate will have expertise in Business Intelligence tools, data visualization, and strong collaboration skills to deliver actionable insights across functions.Develop and execute the organization's Business Intelligence strategy, aligning it with business objectives.Lead data analysis activities, including data mining, trend analysis, and predictive modelling, to extract valuable insights and support decision-making.Create comprehensive reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that provide stakeholders with timely, relevant, and accurate information.Establish and maintain data governance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.Manage a team of Business Intelligence professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Oversee data mapping, reconciliation, and conversion activities.Drive strategic planning, hardware and software development, and operational management.Design and implement information systems for the organization, ensuring stable operation and regular updates.Review MIS performance and identify areas for improvement.Maintain disaster recovery plans and ensure business continuity.Supervisory Responsibilities:Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of a small staff. Carries out leadership responsibilities in accordance with company policies, procedures, safety, and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training employees; planning, assigning, directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.Education & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.10-15 years' experience in Business Intelligence with data leadership driving business value through analytics in Fintech Industry.Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Amazon Quicksight, Power BI, or similar platforms, with the ability to design and implement complex data visualizations.Strong analytical skills, including data mining, SQL, and data modelling. Experience with ETL processes is a plus.Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, present findings to executives, and drive a data-driven culture.Knowledge of data governance best practices, data quality management, and compliance with data privacy regulations.Hands-on experience on MS Applications – in particular Visual Basic, Macro, MS Advance Excel, MS Access and MS PowerPoint, SQL, Business Intelligence toolsets.
