The company delivers high return on investment (ROI) for its clients by crafting tailored digital experiences that ensure a strong online presence.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time hybrid role for a Performance Marketing Manager based in Gurgaon, with the flexibility to work remotely for some tasks. The Performance Marketing Manager will oversee planning and executing online marketing campaigns that align with business objectives. Responsibilities include managing digital ad campaigns, optimizing marketing performance using analytics tools, and driving customer acquisition through data-driven strategies across multiple platforms. The role also involves working closely with internal teams to develop engaging content for target audiences and ensuring the success of performance-driven marketing initiatives.QualificationsProficiency in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing strategiesExperience with Web Analytics and Online Marketing, including using data to optimize campaign performanceStrong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholdersAbility to analyze marketing trends and develop innovative approaches for customer acquisitionKnowledge of performance marketing tools and platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEM toolsFamiliarity with A/B testing and data-driven decision-makingBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferredPrevious experience in a performance marketing role is an advantageWe are looking for someone with proven expertise in performance reporting, e-commerce optimization, and managing Google and Meta advertising campaigns. The candidate must have at least 2–3 years of experience in performance marketing with a strong analytical and results-oriented mindset.Salary : 25K to 40K per month based on experience
