Senior SAP SuccessFactors Implementation Specialist

Seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors RCM/Career Portal & Onboarding Consultant with strong functional expertise in Arabic to support a key client engagement in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The consultant will lead end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting / Career Portal (RCM) and Onboarding 2.0 modules, configure recruitment workflows, set up Onboarding processes, manage integration between Recruiting, Onboarding, and other relevant HR/SuccessFactors modules, provide day-to-day support during post-go-live, prepare documentation, and work as part of a project team.Key qualifications include a minimum 5 years of relevant experience working exclusively with SAP SuccessFactors, specifically in RCM (Recruiting / Career Portal) and Onboarding (ONB 2.0), at least one full-cycle implementation of RCM + Onboarding modules, and hands-on configuration and implementation skills in SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules.The consultant will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions, supporting business processes, and ensuring successful implementation and support of SAP modules.Strong understanding of HR/recruitment business processesAbility to manage multiple tasks, requirement gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, support, documentation and trainingThis is an excellent opportunity to enjoy a fun and collaborative work environment, alongside a strong career progression.
