Your expertise in solution design, configuration, and setup will ensure seamless integration of the SuccessFactors LMS with Employee Central.Key Responsibilities:Design, configure, and implement the SuccessFactors LMS module to meet organizational learning and development needs.Configure and manage various aspects of the LMS, including course catalogues, learning assignments, certifications, and user security settings.Ensure seamless integration of the SuccessFactors LMS with Employee Central.Develop and deliver reports on learning metrics, course completion rates, course assignments, and compliance data to support workforce development.Create and maintain configuration documentation, and user guides, and provide training to wider SuccessFactors Development and Operations team.Essential Skills:SAP SuccessFactors LMS Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors LMS functionality and best practices.Business Process Design: Ability to design and guide clients on effective learning process solutions.Technical Skills: Proficiency in system configuration, integration, and custom report development (e.g., using Plateau Report Designer, Stories).Collaboration: Strong ability to work effectively with People, training, and technical teams.Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical specifications into understandable concepts suitable for discussion with senior business stakeholders.
