The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, including at least 2 complete end-to-end LMS implementation projects.A minimum of 7 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience is required.The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing and configuring SuccessFactors LMS solutions that meet the needs of organizations.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end SuccessFactors LMS implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand learning and compliance requirements.Configure and maintain SuccessFactors LMS modules, including learning administration, curriculum management, certifications, compliance tracking, and reporting.Perform system integrations with other SuccessFactors modules or third-party LMS/content providers.Design and create dashboards, analytics, and reports to provide actionable insights for learning programs.Conduct UAT, training, and knowledge transfer sessions for business users.Support data migration, workflows, notifications, and system enhancements.Provide guidance on best practices, compliance standards, and system optimization.You will be remunerated with an excellent base salary and entitled to attractive company benefits.
