About This RoleThis position involves overseeing corporate interior fit-out projects from design through procurement and construction phases.As a key team member, you will be responsible for implementing a project management framework that meets client needs and business objectives. This includes managing multiple projects simultaneously and coordinating with various stakeholders.Developing and maintaining effective project budgets, monitoring changes and variations to ensure timely completion within allocated resources.Coordinating teamwork among project stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication between Client SMEs and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.Negotiating and collaborating with vendors and business partners to achieve successful project outcomes.Establishing formal reporting mechanisms to keep clients informed of project progress.RequirementsA degree in Architecture, Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Relevant experience in managing multiple corporate workspace interior fit-out projects.Familiarity with individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior renovations.Excellent team leadership and client-facing skills.Tech-savviness with experience in adopting digital initiatives.Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments without compromising quality or customer satisfaction.
