About the RoleThe Procurement Manager position involves overseeing all procurement activities across our organization, driving supplier sourcing, contract negotiation, purchasing governance, and end-to-end procurement processes that support global programs, events, technology platforms, and operational functions.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic procurement plans aligned with organizational objectives.Manage vendor relationships, evaluation, selection, and performance monitoring across multiple categories.Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms, pricing, and service-level agreements.Implement procurement policies, risk controls, and compliance frameworks across global operations.Oversee purchase orders, supplier agreements, and procurement documentation.Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to forecast needs and ensure seamless procurement support.Conduct market research, cost analysis, and supplier benchmarking to drive cost efficiency.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, preferably in multinational or fast-growing environments.Strong negotiation skills with proven experience managing diverse supplier portfolios.Solid understanding of procurement governance, cost management, and vendor lifecycle management.Ability to analyze data, manage budgets, and develop procurement dashboards.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Experience in service-based procurement is an advantage.This role requires a strategic thinker who can navigate complex procurement landscapes and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
