We are seeking a highly skilled Manager Finance to lead the standardization and automation of transactional activities worldwide.The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, experience working with senior finance teams, and proficiency in SAP finance modules and advanced MS Excel. They must be able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across business, finance, and technology departments, implementing efficient solutions that enhance productivity.Ensure adherence to global procedures and methodologies, continually refining them as needed.Develop end-to-end procure-to-pay knowledge, utilizing hands-on SAP experience to guide service providers in improving operational efficiency.Understand vendor management, focusing on enhancements to vendor-related metrics.Identify opportunities for simplifying processes and automating them using bot solutions to create efficiencies.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain compliance with Global Procedures and Operating Methodologies (GPOM) in the transactional area, making ongoing refinements.Possess end-to-end procure-to-pay knowledge with practical SAP experience at the transactional level to guide the service provider in enhancing efficiency in operations.Have an understanding of Vendor-Managed Inventory Systems (VDMS) and vendor management, with a focus on improvement in vendor-related metrics.Robotics Process Automation - Identify opportunities to simplify operational processes and automate them using bot solutions to create more efficiencies.
