Procurement SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled procurement specialist to manage all aspects of procurement for our operations in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and onboarding vendors for various services.Key Responsibilities:Identify and evaluate potential vendors for services such as printing, logistics, travel, event management, training supplies, catering, and field operations.Negotiate contracts, terms, and service agreements to ensure best value and quality.Monitor vendor performance and maintain relationships for long-term partnerships.Manage procurement for program-related needs, including printing of informational materials, training kits, and supplies.Coordinate procurement and logistics for field visits, workshops, and district/block level training.Ensure transparent documentation of purchase requests, quotations, bid comparisons, purchase orders, and invoices.Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with organizational guidelines.Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field.Minimum 5–8 years of experience in procurement and vendor management, preferably in the development or NGO sector.Experience managing procurement for field operations, training, and printing is an asset.Strong negotiation, documentation, and analytical skills are essential.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is required.
