The versatile product portfolio addresses all energy needs of industries as well as residential.About the group (SD): All IT needs for SE are managed by a group called Schneider Digital (SD); spread across 303 locations in 60 countries with over 2300 staff; along with various engagements with all major Global IT Service Providers.About the role\: As an Oracle Fusion HCM Sr.Techno-Functional Analyst, main role is to design / develop / Support solutions for HR processes in Schneider Electric and play a crucial role in digitization initiatives by the Organization.Qualifications & CertificationsB.Sc Computer Science Graduate or Engineering Graduate or Master of Computer Applications (MCA) Certification in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, either specialist or Implementor level from Oracle University.Required Skills (Must have) along with necessary industry experienceGeneralMinimum 5+ year of Techno – Functional experience in Oracle Fusion HCM CloudExtensive knowledge in Hire to Retire business process & Application security. Exposure to following modules (atleast 2) – WFA / Benefits / Compensation / PayrollShould have completed atleast 2 implementation in HCM Fusion.Good Knowledge of Overall Application architectureExperience of working through Agile methodologyExcellent Communication and presentation skillsGood Exposure towards working in highly matrixed setup of Global MNCsFunctional CompetenciesFunctional Expertise on HCM Fusion module – Global HR & Application Security . Functional expertise includes Solutioning, Configuration, AOR, Roles, Setups & Fast-formulasGood Knowledge of Overall Application architectureFunctional expertise on other HCM modules is highly preferredExpertise in Personalization (sandbox) and Functional Setup Manager usageStrong consulting skills such as Fit/gap analysis, Business analysis, SDLC concepts such as Agile, Waterfall, Support Management.Technical CompetenciesStrong knowledge in OTBI & BI ReportsGood knowledge of HCM table structures and data flowGood Knowledge of Overall Application architectureEssential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:As Product expert, Work towards enabling solutions via CHRs & ProjectsResolve technical / config issuesAct as Technical L3 Support to resolve complex ticketsLead testing & processes for Release Upgrades / Deployments / ImplementationParticipate in Agile Scrum calls as product expert to provide updatesLearn, understand & assess release content document for each upgradeSupport GDPR and Data Privacy topicsDocument the solutions and prepare process flow diagramsTrain the peers and business users via Change Management process.Shift TimingsThis is a Global Project spanning several countries in various time zone.
