About the group (SD):  All IT needs for SE are managed by a group called Schneider Digital (SD); spread across 303 locations in 60 countries with over 2300 staff; along with various engagements with all major Global IT Service Providers.About the role\: As an Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Analyst, main role is to design / develop / Support solutions for HR processes in Schneider Electric and play a crucial role in digitization initiatives by the Organization.Qualifications & CertificationsB.Sc Computer Science Graduate or Engineering Graduate or Master of Computer Applications (MCA) Certification in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, either specialist or Implementor level from Oracle University.Required Skills (Must have) along with necessary industry experience GeneralMinimum 5+ years of Techno – Functional experience in Oracle Fusion HCM CloudGood knowledge in Hire to Retire business process.Should have completed atleast 1 implementation in Compensation module & Application SecurityExposure to any other module is highly preferred – WFA / Talent / Absence / Benefits / OTL Atleast 1 years of experience in working through Agile Project Management modelShould be a go-getter and strong collaborative mindsetExcellent Communication skills and presentation skillsGood Exposure towards working in highly matrixed setup of Global MNCsWillingness to learn new products and processesFunctionalGood Knowledge in Compensation setups & Application Security setups (Roles, Privileges etc).Experience in designing OTBI & BIP ReportsSubject Matter expertise in doing personalization for complex scenariosConfiguration expertise on other modules is highly preferredExpertise in Personalization (sandbox) and Functional Setup Manager usageStrong in consulting skills such as Fit/gap analysis, Business analysis, SDLC concepts such as Agile, Waterfall, Support Management.Technical/Project ManagementShould have expertise in HCM Data Loader & BI Publisher tools Experience of writing Fast FormulasExpert in SQL programming (Advanced level)Exposure to Cloud architectureEssential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:As Product expert, Work towards enabling solutions via CHRs & Projects Resolve technical / config issuesLead special initiatives and continuous improvement activitiesAct as Technical L3 Support to resolve complex ticketsLead testing activities for Release Upgrades / Deployments / ImplementationParticipate in Agile Scrum calls as product expert to provide updatesShould be able to manage regular product upgradesSupport GDPR and Data Privacy topicsDocument the solutions and prepare process flow diagramsTrain the peers and business users via Change Management process.Support Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Process (DRP).Desired Skills (Nice to have in addition to the Required Skills)Knowledge of Enterprise ArchitectureExposure to any leading RPA toolShift TimingsThis is a Global Project spanning several countries in various time zone.
