SE provides an integrated approach, designed for the reality of the digital economy (Plant-to-Plug).  The versatile product portfolio addresses all energy needs of industries as well as residential.About the group (SD):  All IT needs for SE are managed by a group called Schneider Digital (SD); spread across 303 locations in 60 countries with over 2300 staff; along with various engagements with all major Global IT Service Providers.About the role: As an Oracle Fusion HCM Sr.Techno-Functional Analyst, main role is to design / develop / Support solutions for HR processes in Schneider Electric and play a crucial role in digitization initiatives by the Organization.Qualifications & CertificationsB.Sc Computer Science Graduate or Engineering Graduate or Master of Computer Applications (MCA) Certification in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, either specialist or Implementor level from Oracle University.Required Skills (Must have) along with necessary industry experienceGeneralMinimum 5+ year of Techno – Functional experience in Oracle Fusion HCM CloudExtensive knowledge in the Hire to Retire business process. Exposure to following modules (at least 3) –Benefits / T&L / Absence / PayrollShould have completed at least 1 implementation in Fusion Absences and at least 1 in Fusion Time & Labour.Experience of working through Agile methodologyExcellent Communication and presentation skillsGood Exposure towards working in highly matrixed setup of Global MNCs Functional CompetenciesFunctional Expertise on HCM Fusion module –T&L& Absences. Functional expertise includes Solutioning, Configuration, Setups & Fast-formulasFunctional expertise on other HCM modules is highly preferredExpertise in Personalization (sandbox) and Functional Setup Manager usageStrong consulting skills such as Fit/gap analysis, Business analysis, SDLC concepts such as Agile, Waterfall, Support Management. Technical CompetenciesStrong knowledge and working experience in writing Fast FormulasKnowledge to use HSDL & HDLsGood knowledge of HCM table structures and data flowExpert in designing UDTs, Lookups & Worksheet dynamic columnsEssential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:As Product expert, Work towards enabling solutions via CHRs & ProjectsResolve technical / config issuesAct as Technical L3 Support to resolve complex ticketsLead testing & processes for Release Upgrades / Deployments / ImplementationParticipate in Agile Scrum calls as product expert to provide updatesLearn, understand & assess release content document for each upgradeSupport GDPR and Data Privacy topicsDocument the solutions and prepare process flow diagramsTrain the peers and business users via Change Management process.
