Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned Senior Siebel Tech Lead Architect to lead the design, development, and maintenance of Siebel CRM applications. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging directly with customers for new implementations, migrations, and Run/Maintain projects.The ideal candidate will bring 12–20 years of experience (with 12+ years hands-on in Siebel as preferred) along with strong technical, leadership, and customer management capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain Siebel CRM applications to meet business requirementsCollaborate with business analysts, system administrators, and QA teamsWork directly with customers on new implementation, migration, and Run/Maintain engagementsHandle critical issues and customer escalations with high satisfactionSupport presales engagements to grow the Siebel businessWork with a globally diversified team across technology domainsProvide on-call support on a rotational basisQualifications & Skills12+ years of industry experience in Oracle SIEBEL, including WebLogic & DB administrationStrong technical depth, leadership skills, and customer management experienceHands-on experience with Installation/Upgrade/Migration/Patching, including 4+ migration/upgrade projects on the latest Siebel versionsStrong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skillsExpertise in Siebel migration to OCI and OCNA & KubernetesRequirementsExperience with CI/CD, DevOps tools (Python, Docker, Kubernetes)Cloud administration experience in OCI / Azure / AWSLatest certifications in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure & Oracle SiebelExperience working with globally distributed teams
