The role requires hands-on technical depth, the ability to design scalable systems, and leadership capabilities to guide teams and support complex enterprise implementations.Key Responsibilities- Provide expert-level development and configuration using Siebel Tools, including advanced customization.- Design and support Siebel architecture with a deep understanding of the Siebel data model.- Lead and manage implementations related to Siebel Order Management.- Configure and support Siebel Product Management.- Develop and maintain complex configurations using Siebel e-Configurator.- Design scalable, reliable, and efficient system architectures to meet business needs.- Work with databases using SQL and support integrations involving basic NoSQL databases.- Collaborate on applications deployed on or integrated with cloud platforms, preferably OCI.- Lead technical teams, mentor junior developers, and support project delivery.- Participate in requirement discussions, technical design, and solution reviews.- Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices.Required Skills & Experience- 8–12 years of hands-on experience in Siebel Development.- Strong expertise in Siebel Tools, Configuration, and Architecture.- Extensive experience with Siebel Order Management and Product Management.- Advanced hands-on knowledge of Siebel e-Configurator.- Strong understanding of system and application architecture.- Solid experience with SQL and basic exposure to NoSQL databases.- Experience or familiarity with cloud platforms (OCI preferred).- Proven leadership skills with experience mentoring and guiding development teams.
