Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to devise effective sales strategies. Represent company at client meetings, industry events, and networking forums.Skills & Qualifications15–20 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably with channel partner firms. In-depth knowledge of luxury residential and commercial projects in Noida & Gurgaon. Strong team-handling experience (10+ years). Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
