The role of a talent advisor will be to join a global organization for a year contract as part of an experienced network of HR and recruitment professionals across the globe.


Client: Our client is an American-based multinational corporation and technology company focusing on online advertising, search engine technology, cloud computing, computer software, quantum computing, e-commerce, consumer electronics, and artificial intelligence (AI).


This is a hybrid role based in our Randstad office in Bangalore, Hyderabad, or Pune, where you will need to attend in person twice a week.


What you get to do:


  • Sourcing efforts for multiple disciplines with a focus on technical sourcing
  • Consultative approach to candidate engagement and retention
  • Candidate, SME [subject matter expert], & recruiter relationship building and management
  • Participates in intake calls/requisition reviews
  • Ability to understand a variety of job descriptions as well as strong industry knowledge
  • Creation and marketing of compelling job postings
  • Candidate assessment and selection techniques
  • Collaborate on sourcing framework
  • Executes various sourcing strategies


What you need to bring:


  • 4+ years of experience in tech/IT recruitment
  • Strong grasp of candidate source and channel analytics
  • Strong grasp of diversity recruitment concepts
  • Understanding of SEO, keywords, and social tools
  • Should be efficient in sourcing candidates through
  • ATS, & Naukri
  • Strong knowledge and experience in using different passive sourcing tools Google searches, X-ray, Facebook
  • Ability to connect and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency using Google mail, Google Sheets, calendaring and shared drives
