What You’ll Do:
Provide analytical support for staffing resources to meet service level objectives.
Assist in forecasting by analyzing volume trends and drivers.
Monitor real-time performance and manage staffing scenarios in a 24/5 environment.
Analyze historical data to inform future forecasting and scheduling.
Deliver key performance reports on occupancy, staffing needs, and core KPIs.
What We’re Looking For:
2-3 years of experience in Workforce Management, with a total of 7+ years in BPO operations.
Strong background in scheduling or capacity planning.
Proficiency in WFM tools and Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a rotational shift environment.
