What You’ll Do:

  • Provide analytical support for staffing resources to meet service level objectives.
  • Assist in forecasting by analyzing volume trends and drivers.
  • Monitor real-time performance and manage staffing scenarios in a 24/5 environment.
  • Analyze historical data to inform future forecasting and scheduling.
  • Deliver key performance reports on occupancy, staffing needs, and core KPIs.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Workforce Management, with a total of 7+ years in BPO operations.
  • Strong background in scheduling or capacity planning.
  • Proficiency in WFM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a rotational shift environment.
