Job Role:An Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Specialist with 8 years of experience in technical development is required.The candidate should have expertise in US and Canada Payroll and a strong understanding of Fast Formula development.Strong writing and development skills are necessary for working with payroll data extracts, RTF templates, BIP, OTBI, SQL/PL SQL tuning, and programming.Development and support for payroll data extracts, SDLC, JIRA knowledge, HDL experience, and HCM Extracts are also essential.The candidate should have experience working on Pay slip template customizations, gathering detailed technical requirements, and documenting these in technical specifications.Uniting/regression testing of RICE components, consulting on requested technical changes, and analyzing the impact of technical changes in Fast Formulas are also necessary.The ideal candidate will ensure data integrity and governance by supporting large/complex data imports and extracts and validating accuracy through reporting and queries.They should be able to provide analysis and consultation on implementing new software application products or new modules or any new requirement in existing applications.Supporting the development and maintenance of integrations/file transfers, providing experienced technical support for integrations, reports, and large data imports/extractions, and planning for and supporting migrations, releases, upgrades, and/or patches - mitigating risk/downstream impacts.Education/Certifications:A Master's degree or equivalent graduate in computer science, engineering, or other relevant fields is preferred.Knowledge of the Oracle fusion HCM modules and Payroll area is necessary.# Desired Skills:Strong communications skills (both verbal & written)Ability to work night shifts
