Job Role: Oracle HCM Techno-Functional ConsultantAbout the JobWe are looking for a skilled consultant to assist our clients in implementing and optimizing their Oracle HCM cloud solutions.The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in oracle Cloud as Payroll functional, preferably for India and US legislation.Must have experience working on all phases of Project like Requirement gathering, CRP, SIT, UAT, Train the trainer sessions, Cutover, Production support etc.Involved in business process workshops and advised clients on impacts of adopting Enhanced solutions of Cloud Payroll.Experience in integrating payroll with Absences and with costings to General Ledger and PPM modules.Main ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality Oracle HCM cloud Solutions, including extensive experience in areas of business process analytics, requirement definition and Solution design.Built detailed functional specification documents, Test case preparations and Functional Testing.RequirementsCandidate is expected to work independently and as part of a team.Must have at least 2 full India Payroll implementation experience till go live and hyper care support.BenefitsThis role offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the success of our clients.
