Job Title:Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Technical ConsultantDescription:We are seeking an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Professional with hands-on experience in integrating Oracle HCM Cloud modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HCM business processes and prior exposure to Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HRMS integrations.You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between Oracle HCM, EBS HRMS, and other enterprise systems using OIC and related technologies.Design, develop, and deploy integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOAP/REST APIs, and ICS adapters.Implement and support integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and on-premises systems (EBS HRMS).Develop custom workflows, orchestration flows, and mappings within OIC.Work with functional teams to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical designs.Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of integrations.Support migration, deployment, and post-go-live integration monitoring.Create and maintain technical documentation and integration design specifications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
