About Us: We are a growing quick service restaurant (QSR) chain in Bangalore, committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences to our customers. With a dynamic team and a fast-paced environment, we seek an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee our financial operations and ensure accurate and efficient accounting practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management: Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets. Monitor financial performance and provide insights to optimize costs and revenue.
- Tally Operations: Ensure accurate and timely entry of all financial data in Tally software.
- Compliance: Maintain compliance with tax regulations, GST filings, and other statutory requirements.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Audit Coordination: Collaborate with auditors during internal and external audits.
- Inventory Control: Coordinate with the procurement and operations teams to manage inventory accounting.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the management team to align financial strategies with business goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry.
- Proficient in Tally ERP and MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and statutory requirements in India.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
