Job Overview:
AA Hospitality is seeking a skilled and proactive Project Executive to manage large-scale restaurant and hotel projects. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in hospitality project management and a strong understanding of civil, mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a dynamic individual capable of overseeing all aspects of project execution, from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality, and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Lead the planning and execution of restaurant and hotel projects, ensuring timely completion and quality outcomes.
Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, architects, and suppliers to drive project progress.
Develop project schedules, monitor timelines, and control budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
Technical Supervision:
Oversee civil, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and AC system installations, ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure construction is progressing according to plan and safety standards.
Vendor and Stakeholder Management:
Manage relationships with external contractors, engineers, and vendors, ensuring smooth collaboration and timely delivery of materials and services.
Communicate project updates, challenges, and solutions effectively with stakeholders.
Quality and Compliance:
Ensure all projects meet local regulatory requirements, safety codes, and hospitality industry standards.
Implement quality control measures to ensure excellence in project execution.
Cost Management:
Monitor and control project costs, preventing overruns while ensuring optimal resource utilization.
Ensure financial accountability through detailed reporting and documentation.
Reporting:
Prepare regular project progress reports for senior management.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical drawings, invoices, contracts, and schedules.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields preferred.
3-4 years of experience in managing large restaurant or hotel projects.
Strong technical knowledge in civil, mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and air conditioning systems.
Familiarity with local construction regulations and safety standards.
Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, planning, and scheduling.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD).
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
