Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to oversee our brand's website and app. As the Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in strategizing, planning, and executing initiatives related to the website and app. We are looking for an individual with a strong background in product management, and e-commerce, a keen understanding of user experience, and a proven track record in successfully managing digital platforms.
Qualifications
· Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the brand's website and app, aligning with overall business goals.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, developers, and marketing to ensure seamless integration of features and enhancements.
· Define and prioritize product features based on market trends, user feedback, and business priorities.
· Lead the planning and execution of the online calendar, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate updates.
· Conduct regular analysis of website and app performance, utilizing data to drive decision-making and improvements.
· Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring a user-centric approach.
· Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to inform product strategy.
Requirements:
· 7-8 years of proven experience in product management, specifically with websites and mobile applications.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
· Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with varying timelines.
· Familiarity with UX/UI principles and a user-centric mindset.
· Experience managing sprints and agile development methodologies.
