About the RoleDasro Consulting is expanding its footprint in India and is looking for a proven IT Staffing Sales Leader to spearhead client acquisition, build enterprise relationships, and deliver strategic IT workforce solutions.This role is for a hunter and relationship builder — someone who knows how to open doors, win trust, and scale accounts. You’ll have the freedom to build the India business with direct access to leadership and full ownership of results.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and Grow Client RelationshipsIdentify, develop, and win new enterprise and mid-market IT clients across India.Drive high-value conversations with CXOs, Delivery Heads, and HR leaders to position Dasro as a trusted IT staffing partner.Manage and expand client relationships to maximize business growth and long-term partnerships.Lead with Strategy, Not TransactionsUnderstand client priorities and design workforce solutions aligned to business outcomes.Collaborate closely with delivery teams to ensure flawless execution and client satisfaction.Develop account growth strategies to expand existing relationships and revenue.Be the Face of Dasro in the MarketRepresent the Dasro brand at client meetings, industry events, and technology forums.Provide market intelligence and insights to shape the India go-to-market strategy.Maintain a transparent and accurate sales pipeline, reporting progress to global leadership.Qualifications10–15 years of experience in IT Staffing, Talent Solutions, or Workforce Augmentation sales (mandatory)Proven track record in acquiring and managing direct client relationships — no sub-vendor experienceDeep understanding of India’s IT talent ecosystem, hiring trends, and delivery modelsStrong network within enterprise technology clients (BFSI, Telecom, Retail, Healthcare, etc.)Excellent communication, consultative selling, and negotiation skillsEntrepreneurial, self-driven, and outcome-focused mindsetNote: Candidates from banking, BPO, or non-IT sales backgrounds will not be considered for this position.What We OfferBuild from the Ground Up: Take ownership of the India IT staffing business with full autonomy.Attractive, Performance-Driven Compensation: Competitive base, aggressive incentives, and clear upside for top performers — your earnings grow directly with your results.Zero Red Tape: No bureaucracy, no politics — just results and impact.Performance-Driven Growth: Competitive compensation and clear upside for results.Leadership Access: Work directly with the founders and global leadership team.Global Brand, India Focus: Be part of a fast-growing international consulting group scaling rapidly in India.Flexibility & Balance: Hybrid work setup, flexible hours, and freedom to work your way — because performance matters more than presence.
