Come grow with usResponsibilities:Ensure adherence to all relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations (ISO 14001, ISO 45001)Identify and assess workplace hazards, develop and implement safety protocols, and continuously monitor for potential issues.Investigate workplace incidents, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.Identify areas for improvement in EHS processes and implement innovative solutions.Develop and implement EHS programs, policies, and procedures. Work with various departments, such as operations, quality control, and human resources, to implement EHS initiatives. Represent the company in EHS matters with regulatory bodies, clients, and stakeholders.Provide guidance and support to EHS staff and promote a positive safety culture. Design and deliver safety training programs for employees, covering various aspects of EHS. Qualifications/ Experience:Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.5–10 years of experience in EHS/SHE management within manufacturing or industrial environments.Strong knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.Proven experience in hazard identification, incident investigation, and risk assessment.Ability to develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and training programs.Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.Experience coordinating with regulatory bodies and driving safety culture improvements.If you are interested in being part of a world-class organization here at Alkegen then we would love to hear from you.At Alkegen, we strive every day to help people – ALL PEOPLE – breathe easier, live greener and go further than ever before.
