Come grow with us Responsibilities: - Ensure adherence to all relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations (ISO 14001, ISO 45001) - Identify and assess workplace hazards, develop and implement safety protocols, and continuously monitor for potential issues. - Investigate workplace incidents, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. - Identify areas for improvement in EHS processes and implement innovative solutions. - Develop and implement EHS programs, policies, and procedures. - Work with various departments, such as operations, quality control, and human resources, to implement EHS initiatives. - Represent the company in EHS matters with regulatory bodies, clients, and stakeholders. - Provide guidance and support to EHS staff and promote a positive safety culture. - Design and deliver safety training programs for employees, covering various aspects of EHS. Qualifications/ Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 510 years of experience in EHS/SHE management within manufacturing or industrial environments. - Strong knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards. - Proven experience in hazard identification, incident investigation, and risk assessment. - Ability to develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and training programs. - Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills. - Experience coordinating with regulatory bodies and driving safety culture improvements.
