Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager located in Aurangabad. The EHS Manager will ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations, conduct risk assessments, and lead accident investigations. The role includes overseeing occupational health practices, developing and implementing safety training programs, and driving continuous improvement in safety standards across projects. Qualifications - Strong expertise in Environment Health and Safety (EHS), Health & Safety, and Occupational Health practices - Proficiency in conducting Accident Investigations and implementing preventive measures - Experience in developing and delivering training focused on workplace safety and health - Sound knowledge of local and international EHS regulations and compliance requirements - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work proactively on-site - Bachelor's degree/Advance Diploma in Industrial safety, Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or a related field preferred - Certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or ISO 45001 are highly advantageous
