Key Responsibilities:Configure and manage cost estimates, cost components, and cost object hierarchiesImplement costing variants and valuation strategies for materials and production ordersSupport actual costing and settlement processes using Material LedgerCore Competencies:Design and configure cost flows across manufacturing, procurement, and financeIntegrate costing with other SAP modules (FI, MM, PP, SD) for end-to-end process integrityProfitability Analysis & Reporting:Implement and support CO-PA (Profitability Analysis)Enable reporting on product margins, cost variances, and profitability driversInventory Valuation & Management:Activate and configure Material Ledger for actual costing and multi-currency valuationEnsure accurate inventory valuation and reconciliation with financial accountingTesting & Quality Assurance:Lead unit, integration, and UAT testing cyclesValidate master and transactional data related to costing (e.g., cost centers, activity types)Client Engagement & Documentation:Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirementsPrepare functional specifications, training materials, and process documentationRequired Skills and Qualifications:Hands-on experience with SAP CO and CO-PA modulesStrong understanding of cost management principles and practicesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsEffective communication and interpersonal skillsBenefits:Competitive compensation packageOngoing training and professional development opportunitiesCollaborative and dynamic work environment
