About AonxiAonxi is building a revenue operating system where every call, meeting, and conversation gets transcribed, scored, and turned into sales performance intelligence.We're combining AI-powered call intelligence, private LLMs per business, and a credit engine that gives businesses capital based on their actual sales conversion rate.This vision is to let every small business grow like Amazon - on automation and cash flow, not guesses.Our goal?We're looking for a highly skilled engineer or architect to lead the development of:A real-time agent that gets used in thousands of business calls every day.A custom-built transcription system embedded into both VoIP and mobile/telephony calls.Cross-platform call capture SDKs (web, mobile, VoIP, RingCentral, Twilio).Real-time ASR + Speaker Diarization using various services.Private LLM Agent Deployment (one per business).A signal-to-action loop: every call transcript feeds into content, ads, CRM triggers, and credit scoring.Required Skills and QualificationsExperience with real-time audio processing (WebRTC, Twilio, Agora, Deepgram, Vonage).Familiarity with ASR & Transcription Engines (OpenAI Whisper, AWS Transcribe, AssemblyAI).Knowledge of Language Models (OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, LLaMA2, LoRA fine-tuning).Familiarity with Vector DBs & RAG (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB).Expertise in Backend Systems (Python, FastAPI, Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL, S3).Proficiency in Infra (AWS, GCP, Docker, Terraform, Lambda, K8s).Experience with secure mobile call ingestion (Android/iOS native or VoIP SDKs).Data Privacy + Encryption knowledge (HIPAA, SOC2, TLS, end-to-end encryption).You will be responsible for:Shipping an AI voice product.Built real-time transcription systems for Zoom, Meet, or phone calls.Architected private AI agents or models trained on domain-specific data.Worked in small founding teams or have the grit to work cross-stack.BenefitsBe the founding brain behind a real-time agent that gets used in thousands of business calls every day.Your code doesn't just transcribe - it funds the user's business.Work directly with the CEO, Head of AI, and product team to shape the future of how AI listens, learns, and grows businesses.OthersAs part of our team, you'll enjoy massive equity and career upside (we're employee-owned) and already closing 8+ lead contracts weekly.Our mission is to help businesses scale to 100,000+ transcribed leads powering millions in credit flow.
