This remote position is ideal for individuals passionate about information security and willing to commit 12 months of full-time availability.During the first 12 months, you will receive comprehensive training and guidance on industry-relevant tools and methodologies. Upon successful completion, you will transition to a paid internship working on real-world projects. Full-time role consideration is also possible after completing the 12-month program.Assist with security assessments, including vulnerability scanning and penetration testing.Conduct research on emerging application security threats and vulnerabilities.Evaluate and compare different application security tools and technologies.Document findings and create reports on security vulnerabilities.Develop automation scripts to improve efficiency and scalability.Apply secure coding practices to real-world scenarios.Required skills include basic knowledge of web technologies, programming languages (e.g., Python), networking concepts, and OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities.
