Job Title: ServiceNow IT ExpertJob Description:We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow developer to help us implement and configure our IT services.Key Responsibilities:Implement and configure ServiceNow ITOM modules, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Operational Intelligence, Cloud Management.Integrate monitoring tools with Event Management.Design and maintain MID Servers and credentials for Discovery and Service Mapping.Build and maintain CMDB with accurate and up-to-date configuration items.Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver ITOM solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve ITOM-related issues.Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for seamless solution delivery.Required Skills and Qualifications:2–5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM.Strong understanding of ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery patterns, and CI relationships.Experience with Event Management and integrating with third-party monitoring tools.Good grasp of Service Mapping concepts and troubleshooting techniques.Proficient in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and PowerShell/scripting for automation.Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Preferred Skills:ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM or Discovery.Experience in Cloud Discovery and Cloud Management.Exposure to ITOM Health (Health Log Analytics, AIOps).Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Education:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
