Position: ServiceNow Developer Location: Pune Duration: Contract to Hire Job Description: Core competencies, knowledge and experience: - ServiceNow Development: - Proficiency in developing and customizing ServiceNow applications. - Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Service Request). - Knowledge of ServiceNow Customer Portal development and customization. - Proven track record of successful ServiceNow integrations with third-party Must have technical/professional qualifications: - Strong programming skills in JavaScript. - Experience working with HTML, XML, System integration (REST/SOAP) CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery, AngularJS, and relational databases. - Very good understanding of different software design paradigms & security fundamentals (OOP, design patterns, SOA, Microservices, OWASP Top 10). - Understanding of relational databases and SQL. - Configuration and Customization: - Ability to configure out-of-the-box workflows and create/maintain custom workflows. - Experience with ServiceNow UI customization, including UI pages, UI macros, UI policies, and client scripts. - Knowledge of ServiceNow's data model and relationships. - Analytical and Problem-Solving: - Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. - Ability to analyze system performance and implement performance enhancements.
