Proven track record of successful ServiceNow integrations with third-party Must have technical/professional qualifications: Strong programming skills in JavaScript. Experience working with HTML, XML, System integration (REST/SOAP) CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery, AngularJS, and relational databases. Very good understanding of different software design paradigms & security fundamentals (OOP, design patterns, SOA, Microservices, OWASP Top 10). Understanding of relational databases and SQL. Configuration and Customization: Ability to configure out-of-the-box workflows and create/maintain custom workflows. Experience with ServiceNow UI customization, including UI pages, UI macros, UI policies, and client scripts. Knowledge of ServiceNow's data model and relationships. Analytical and Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Ability to analyze system performance and implement performance enhancements.
