**Job Description**:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate **International Patient Manager** to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for international patients, ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience throughout their medical journey. You will be responsible for managing patient inquiries, coordinating with hospitals and healthcare providers, and providing personalized support to international patients from initial consultation to post-treatment care.


**Key Responsibilities**:

1. **Patient Coordination**:

- Serve as the primary contact for international patients, addressing their queries, understanding their medical needs, and offering guidance on treatment options available in India.

- Coordinate pre-arrival medical consultations with healthcare providers.

- Ensure smooth and timely communication between patients, doctors, and hospitals.

2. **Medical Tourism Support**:

- Assist patients with visa procedures, travel arrangements, and accommodation during their medical visit.

- Work closely with hospitals and healthcare providers to schedule treatments, surgeries, and follow-ups.

- Provide guidance on treatment costs, medical insurance, and payment options.


3. **Patient Experience Management**:

- Ensure a personalized and empathetic approach to patient care, addressing concerns and providing emotional support when necessary.

- Act as a patient advocate, ensuring their needs and preferences are met during their stay in India.

- Ensure post-treatment follow-ups and help coordinate aftercare services, if needed.


4. **Cultural Sensitivity and Language Support**:

- Address the cultural needs of international patients, ensuring their comfort and ease during their stay.

- Provide or coordinate language translation services, as required.


5. **Collaboration with Stakeholders**:

- Work closely with hospitals, clinics, travel agents, insurance companies, and service providers to ensure patients have access to the best services.

- Build relationships with healthcare providers to facilitate patient referrals and collaborations.


6. **Record Management**:

- Maintain comprehensive records of each patient’s medical journey, including communication, treatment plans, and feedback.

- Ensure patient confidentiality in line with relevant data protection regulations.


**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, hospitality, or a related field.

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in patient management, medical tourism, or international customer service.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and empathy.

- Experience in coordinating medical travel, handling visas, and coordinating with hospitals is a plus.

- Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages, particularly Arabic, French, or Russian, is a plus.
