As a Google Partner, we work with global brands to deliver high-performance campaigns. We are expanding our team and seeking a talented Paid Search Specialist with 3–4 years of experience. If you are passionate about search advertising and ready to make an impact, this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, manage, and optimize Paid Search campaigns across platforms including:Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube & Display when search-supported)Microsoft/Bing AdsApple Search AdsQuora AdsOther search-driven ad channels are relevant.Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, competitive research, and intent mapping across all search platforms.Analyze performance metrics and provide data-backed recommendations to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and overall search efficiency.Create and test ad copy, extensions, bidding strategies, and audience segments tailored to each search channel.Collaborate with strategy and design teams to align search ads and landing pages with user intent and business goals.Monitor budgets, pacing, and bids to ensure optimal performance while meeting KPIs.Execute A/B tests on ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to enhance performance.Stay informed on platform updates, search trends, and new opportunities across all search advertising ecosystems.Prepare clear, insightful performance reports for internal teams and clients.Requirements3–4 years of proven hands-on experience in Paid Search advertising across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Apple Search Ads, Quora Ads, etc.).Strong understanding of keyword targeting, match types, search intent, and bid optimization.Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and search tracking tools.Demonstrated ability to deliver performance-driven results and optimize campaigns for ROI.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and uncover insights.Excellent communication and project management skills.Understanding of CRO and landing page optimization is an added advantage.What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for skill enhancement and platform certifications (Google Ads, Bing, Apple Search Ads).A collaborative and innovative work environment.Access to the latest tools and technologies in search marketing.The chance to work on exciting campaigns with global brands.How to ApplyIf you’re a results-driven Paid Search Specialist looking to make a significant impact, send your resume and portfolio to saravanan@roas.in
