Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Coordinator located in Noida. The Inside Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing customer interactions, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include handling inbound and outbound sales calls, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining communication with clients to ensure their needs are met. The role also involves managing order processing and coordinating with various teams to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Possess Inside Sales and Order Processing skills
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively in a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Experience in the telecom industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
